Abstract
The present research work aims to discuss the importance of having the city planning as a tool to achieve better conditions of development and well-being of the population. Since the generation of information and the contribution of scientific knowledge for decision making of people who serve as authorities of different levels of Government are limited, prevents the generation of specialised public policies that can contribute objectively to the development of the entity.References
