How to Cite
Abstract
Technology has brought great changes to humanity in recent times, however, part of this revolution is because human beings are immersed in large migrations and learning on a daily basis. The interaction of citizenship with migration and technological learning makes it possible to digitize their lives and other elements that interact with them; companies and government are an example, having as a means of connecting infrastructure that makes interaction possible.
