Abstract
E-government consists in the use of ICT and knowledge of the internal processes of government and in the delivery of the products and services of the State to the citizens, as well as to the industry. Many of the technologies involved and their implementations are the same or similar to those that correspond to the private sector of electronic commerce, while others are specific or unique in relation to the needs of the government.References
