Abstract

The objective of this work is to contrast a model of the perceptual determinants of the intent to use the Internet. A non-experimental study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of 188 users of a public library in Mexico City. It was found that the utility is determinant of the intent to use the Internet. Future lines of research regarding the governance of the information society are noticed.
