Abstract

Faced with the health contingency due to the COVID-19 outbreak in the world, in the City of Xalapa, Veracruz, the actions to take care of everyone included the closure of companies in the gastronomic sector, leaving the service only to take away. This great challenge is also an opportunity for the sector, which grows daily in both suppliers and demanders. Each restaurant must analyze its financial projects and its business plan to give the best service to the diner and stay in time. Use this reflection document to analyze the importance of finances in companies in the gastronomic sector and the work of its commercial manager.
