Abstract
This article concludes the research on the results of the use of information technologies before, during, and after the pandemic, based on a case study of full-time faculty members at the Faculty of Administrative and Social Sciences of the Universidad Veracruzana. In the first part, the context, objectives, methodology, and data collection instrument were presented. In this second part, the selected population consisted of full-time faculty members from the same faculty. Due to the small size of this unit of analysis, a census was conducted instead of sampling. Questionnaires were designed and administered online; after obtaining the results, the data was tabulated and graphs were created for analysis. Finally, the final report was drafted, including the conclusions.
