Abstract
In this article, a cross-sectional investigation of mixed approach is presented, where information is collected through a questionnaire divided into two sections (quantitative and qualitative) applied to employees of medium and large Mexican companies in at least 25% of the entities. of the republic to identify the necessary soft skills, in addition to carrying out a bibliographical technique for the variable of organizational change. The objective Analyze the necessary transversal skills as a tool for managing organizational change in Mexican companies. As a result, the transversal competencies necessary in Mexican companies are identified, to consider them as a tool in change management, considering that they are currently in a dynamic context where there are many transformations in the face of new ways of working.
