The American Psychological Association (APA, 2020a) methodology is one of the most widely used writing methodologies for citations, references, and formatting in the social sciences, education, and psychology. Employing the APA methodology in academic writing, promoting academic integrity, standardizing research presentation, and improving reading are some of the pillars explored in this article.
