Abstract

The "Dreams and Fantasies" Project in the Ciudamar District seeks to foster an environmental culture by promoting responsible habits and attitudes toward environmental care. It uses an innovative strategy that integrates art and culture to strengthen ecological awareness and community responsibility, especially in vulnerable sectors. It involves children, cultural promoters, artisans, and instructors, encouraging the recovery of raw materials and the development of educational values and skills. Artistic expressions such as theater, literature, and visual arts are highlighted, reinforcing local identity and generating comprehensive cultural action for all age groups. The activities are diverse: recreational, social, religious, folkloric, artistic, educational, and recreational, among others, and include the entire community population. Thus, the project has benefited artisans, institutions, educational centers, nursing homes, organizations, and the general public, promoting social transformation and sociocultural and environmental development.
