Interconectando Saberes welcomes academic and scientific contributions related to its transdisciplinary approach and thematic areas. Manuscripts must comply with the journal’s editorial, ethical, and formatting guidelines.
Types of Contributions
Scientific Research Articles
Present original research findings and are subject to double-blind peer review.
Opinion Articles
Develop academic reflections or critical analyses on topics related to the journal’s scope. They are generally requested by invitation from the Editorial Board.
Editorials
Texts prepared by the Editor-in-Chief, members of the Editorial Board, or invited contributors, aimed at presenting journal issues or reflecting on relevant topics.
Book Reviews
Critical analyses of recent academic works related to the journal’s thematic areas. They are evaluated by the Editorial Board.
General Requirements
Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and must not be under simultaneous review by another journal.
Contributions may be submitted in Spanish or English.
Research articles must be submitted without names, affiliations, or any information that may identify the authors, in order to ensure double-blind review.
All contributions must comply with the journal’s aims, thematic scope, and current editorial policies.

Paper size
Letter size.
Margins
Top and bottom: 2.5 cm; left and right: 3 cm.
Font
Arial, size 12 for the main text.
Line spacing
1.5 in the body text; 1.0 in the abstract and keywords.
Alignment
Justified text.
Titles and headings
Title in Arial 14, bold and centered; headings in Arial 12, bold and left-aligned.
Tables, Figures, and Illustrations
Tables, figures, charts, maps, photographs, and illustrations must be clearly incorporated into the manuscript, indicating the corresponding title and source.
Charts should preferably be submitted in editable format. Images, illustrations, or maps must be submitted in JPG or PNG format, with sufficient resolution for publication.
Notes and References
Footnotes or endnotes should be used only when necessary. They should be brief and presented in Arial font, size 9.
All citations included in the text must appear in the final reference list, and all references must correspond to sources cited in the manuscript. The bibliography must be organized alphabetically according to APA 7th edition format.
Manuscript Submission
Contributions must be submitted exclusively through the Interconectando Saberes OJS platform. Before submission, authors must verify that the file has been anonymized when the double-blind review process applies.
