Interconectando Saberes is a scientific journal published by the Institute for Research and Higher Studies in Economic and Social Sciences (IIESES) of the Universidad Veracruzana.

Our History

Founded in 2016, Interconectando Saberes was created with the purpose of providing an academic space for the dissemination, exchange, and construction of knowledge from a transdisciplinary perspective.

Throughout its development, the journal has established itself as a scientific communication platform dedicated to publishing original research, scholarly reflections, and contributions that promote dialogue among different fields of knowledge.

Its name reflects the conviction that contemporary challenges require integrative approaches capable of connecting disciplines, methodologies, and diverse perspectives in order to understand complex phenomena and generate innovative solutions.

Since its creation, the journal has maintained continuous publication, progressively strengthening its editorial processes, its presence in indexing and abstracting services, and its national and international visibility.

Currently, Interconectando Saberes celebrates ten years of editorial activity and has published 20 regular issues, 2 thematic dossiers, and 1 special issue.

The journal reaffirms its commitment to scientific quality, editorial ethics, open access, and the dissemination of knowledge in service of society.
