Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to verify that their manuscript complies with all the requirements listed below. Submissions that do not meet these guidelines may be returned for correction before entering the editorial review process.
Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm that:
The manuscript is original, unpublished, and is not currently under consideration by another journal or publication outlet.
The file is submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx), OpenOffice, RTF, or another format compatible with the OJS platform.
The manuscript complies with the formatting, structure, length, and style requirements described in the Instructions for Authors.
The article includes a title, abstract, and keywords in both Spanish and English.
All references cited in the text appear in the final reference list, and all references listed have been cited within the manuscript.
References and in-text citations comply with the APA 7th edition style guidelines.
Tables, figures, charts, maps, and illustrations include an appropriate title and source.
Whenever possible, DOI identifiers, URLs, or other persistent identifiers have been included in the references.
If the manuscript is subject to peer review, all author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, and any information that could identify the authors have been removed from the file.
The submission complies with the journal’s editorial policies, ethical standards, and academic integrity requirements.
The authors accept the conditions established in the sections on Publishing Rights, Copyright Notice, and the journal’s editorial policies.
Compliance with this checklist facilitates the editorial process and contributes to a more efficient evaluation of the manuscript.
